Devils Door With My Dog and Friends
I was honestly surprised when my friends told me they had never been to Devils Lake before. So, we immediately made plans to go the next morning. This time, we had a special guest — my dog Wynter!
I had always wanted to bring Wynter on a hike, and the moment we entered the park, she amazed all of us. Even though she’s a house dog, it was like her instincts kicked in — she led us confidently and listened perfectly.
When we finally reached the famous Devils Door, my friends were in awe. For many of them, it was their first real hike. Once I told them I had sat on the edge of the rock for a photo, they were all eager to do the same.
We ended the day with pizza and smiles, grateful for a beautiful day in nature, new memories made, and a tired but happy pup.
