Who Am I
I’m Furkan Sindar, an international honors student from Turkey currently studying at Madison College.
I’m pursuing dual Associate Degrees in Web Software Development and Front-End Development, with a GPA of 3.97.
I’m passionate about accessibility, ethical tech, and creating inclusive digital experiences that work for everyone.
My honors project, Sip Success Online, supported small businesses through accessible web design.
It earned 1st place at the Fall 2024 Honors Program and was featured at the 2025 Upper Midwest Honors Conference.
Outside of class, I launched a bubble tea business in the Philippines and held leadership roles as a Student Senator and PTK VP of Scholarship.
I also earned certifications in software development, and enjoy collaborative problem-solving.
My technical skills include HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java, PHP, SQL, Node.js, Figma, and AWS tools.
My long-term goal is to transfer to a four-year university and continue building tools that bridge digital gaps and empower communities globally.
